For three years in a row, Willem wrote this calender about life and working life. The title "Overwin en Groei" is Dutch for "about winning and growing", and deals about all the different ways people can achieve their goals a set different goals. The calendar is full of inspirational stories, short assignments and stories, 365 to be precise.
